This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for online wellness programs purchased from Shinebeauty through shinebeauty.world. We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices in accordance with Dutch consumer protection law, the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, and the Wet koop op afstand (Distance Selling Act).
This policy applies to all program purchases made directly through shinebeauty.world, including Desk Mobility Essentials (€94), Focus & Posture Pro (€159), and the Executive Wellness Bundle (€279). It covers individual purchases and team licenses acquired through our standard checkout process. Purchases made through third-party resellers or promotional partners may be subject to separate return terms communicated at the point of sale.
As a consumer residing in the Netherlands or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of the purchase date without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you entered into the contract with Shinebeauty.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to admin@shinebeauty.world before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the fourteen-day period has expired.
If you withdraw within the cooling-off period and have not accessed more than twenty percent (20%) of the program content, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notification. If you have accessed more than twenty percent of the program content during the cooling-off period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the content consumed, in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code regarding digital content.

Beyond the statutory cooling-off period, Shinebeauty offers a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee on all program purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchased program within thirty days of purchase, you may request a refund provided that:

Your refund request must include your full name, email address associated with the account, program name, purchase date, order reference or payment confirmation number, and a brief reason for the request. Incomplete requests may delay processing while we seek additional information.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shinebeauty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.
In cases where you have accessed a portion of program content beyond the thresholds described in this policy but extenuating circumstances apply (such as technical issues preventing access that our support team could not resolve within a reasonable timeframe), Shinebeauty may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund proportional to the unused portion of your Subscription Period. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not establish a precedent.
If you wish to switch to a different program tier after purchase, contact us at admin@shinebeauty.world within fourteen days of your original purchase. We will calculate the price difference and adjust your access accordingly. Upgrades may require payment of the difference between program prices. Downgrades may result in a partial refund of the price difference if requested within the cooling-off period and eligibility criteria are met.
Executive Wellness Bundle team licenses and bulk organisational purchases are subject to the same cooling-off and satisfaction guarantee terms for the primary account holder. Individual team member access granted under a team license is not separately refundable. Organisational purchasers seeking to cancel a team license should contact us to discuss pro-rata refund options based on unused access periods and team member activity levels.
We encourage you to contact Shinebeauty directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks for valid purchases where program access has been granted may result in account suspension and recovery action. We will provide relevant transaction and access records to payment providers to dispute illegitimate chargeback claims.
If program content is defective, materially different from its description on shinebeauty.world, or inaccessible due to platform failures attributable to Shinebeauty, you are entitled to a remedy under Dutch consumer law. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing corrected content or restoring access. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (typically fourteen days), you may request a full refund regardless of content consumption levels.
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch and European Union law. If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, you may contact the Geschillencommissie or seek advice from the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) at acm.nl. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update this Return Policy to reflect changes in our programs, pricing, or legal requirements. The current version is always available at shinebeauty.world/return.html. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published. Purchases made before a policy update remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
